This is a must handout for parents to inform them of what their child will need to participate in the AYSL League and a few other necessary tib bits as well.

Direction to Register for Risk Management
1). Go to EPYSA.org
2). On left side of page under "on-line registration" click on"Registration & database access."
3). Go to STEP 2 and click on "Risk Management Registration."
4). Follow directions and answer all questions on the following screens.
5). At the end of Part 1 they will ask if you want to print out a copy of your form, (it is a good idea to have a copy of this form).
6). After you print out the form you will then go onto Part 2, at the end of this page it will ask you what type of league you are involved with, we are a Recreational League. If you coach in the travel league you will have to register separately for that league.
7). On the next page it will ask you what is your league name, ours is in the pull down menu as "Abington Youth SL."
8). Submit and print your forms and your done.
9). Note if you are coaching in more than one division you will have to fill out a form for each one.
