Welcome to the home of the East Norriton Avalanche. We are a Montgomery County, PA-based 14u ASA travel fastpitch team. We plan on playing a full schedule of tournaments. We will be holding some winter pitching, batting and fielding practice sessions.
Coaching Staff for 2008:
John Bojazi: 15 years experience in girls softball at all levels and present Kennedy-Kenrick JV Softball Coach
Tom D'Innocenzo: 10 years experience coaching softball, 29 years of playing softball, and present St. Titus Varsity Softball Head Coach
Talia Bilella, Pitching Coach: All-Catholic 1995-1999, also received full pitching scholarship to LaSalle College, and is presently a pitching instructor for multiple organizations, teams, and individuals of all age groups
Tom Elliott, Hitting Coach: Over 25 years of instructional hitting for baseball and softball
OUR VISION:
We would like to provide an opportunity and environment for young girls to grow and learn all the fundamental skills needed to become the best softball players that they can be, as well as the best young women they can become.
OUR GOAL:
Our goal is to build a highly competitive team that can compete on the state and national level. Though that is our goal, we always know that it is a kids game, played and enjoyed by kids. While every coach and parent wants their girls to be successful, we need to make sure that they have fun, make friends, and build a lifetime of memories. We have an exceptional group of girls and an amazing group of families who are committed to keeping this type of atmosphere. Other teams may judge our worth by what we do on the field, but we will continue to judge our success by the friendships we have developed and memories we share. THIS is our ultimate goal.
