Fury Tryouts

The Fury will be holding tryouts Thursday, June 5th from 6- 7:30 PM, Tuesday, June 10th from 6-8:30 PM and Thursday, June 12th from 6-8:30 PM at Mason District Park Turf Field. Please contact Coach Ryan Geib with any questions... rgeib13@hotmail.com or 571-437-3001.

Fury are the WAGS U13 Division 4 Champs!
The Fury had a great spring season, being undefeated and winning the division with 23 points. They had a record of 7 wins, 0 losses, and 2 ties, with 20 goals for, and 9 goals against. Great job Fury, and good luck in Division 3!

Monday, July 23
Fury are the PWSI Icebreaker 2007 U13 Girls Division White Champs!

The Fury went undefeated in this tournament with seven goals for and only one against. In the prelimenaries, the Fury beat the VA Rush Tides 2-0, the BAC Alianza 3-0, and the VISTA Fury 2-1. They played the Richmond Kickers in the championship and scored once, winning the tournament 1-0. Way to go Fury!

Friday, September 8
Fury is the PWSI U13 Classic Division Champs

The Annandale Fury took first place in the PWSI Invitational Tournament played on Labor Day Monday, 2006 at Hellwig Field. In game one the Fury defeated the PWSI Courage '93 2-1. In game two the Fury defeated the Gunston Spirit 2-0. In the semi-finals the Fury took on the McLean Bravehearts and defeated them 2-0. The final took place in the soaking rain against the FCSC Xplosion and was a heart stopper. The Fury was able to score in the last 3 minutes of regulation time to end the game in a 1-1 tie. After two scoreless five minute overtime periods the game went to penalty kicks to decide the champion. The Fury won 2-0 in pks to claim the championship.

Fury runner-up in the Dulles National Tournament

The Annandale Fury played brilliantly finishing second in the 2004 Dulles National Tournament. The championship game was decided on penalty kicks after the game ended scoreless in regulation and two 10 minute overtimes.

Fury Goes WAGS
After a very successful first season of travel soccer the Fury will be competing in the Washington Area Girls Soccer league(WAGS) beginning Fall 2004.

Columbus Day Tournament
The Fury had a very successful tournament over the Columbus Day weekend advancing to the finals before losing to a very good, and experienced Loudon Heat team. Congratulations to all the girls and the coaches for a tournament well played and to all the parents for your constant support. Go Fury !!
