My name is Pete Koeniges and I have designed this site to offer training education to the lacrosse community. I have been a Certified Athletic Trainer for 15 years, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for the last 11 years. Currently, I am an Athletic Trainer for Northern Highlands High School in Allendale, NJ and I am the Athletic Trainer for the New Jersey Pride of Major League Lacrosse.
