Saratoga Springs Friends Of Music

Goals:

n

nnTo assist and support the music educator so that he or she can maintain a music program that will be educational, enjoyable, and rewarding.

nTo provide a means for students to have music experiences beyond what the school day can supply.

nTo promote and encourage community/area support of the Saratoga Springs Music Department.

nTo supplement school board support of music activities.

nTo provide financial support for non-school activities.

nTo encourage students to participate in the activities of the music booster club.

nTo encourage music department exposure.

nTo provide scholarship funds for students attending summer music camps and for those participating in All State Festivals.

nTo provide music awards, guest performances and workshops.
