FOR ALL TEAM PRACTICES WITH COACH BUZZ:
WEAR: Black Shorts and White shirt (the RUSH white t-shirt when available)

FOR ALL DOC TRAINING SESSIONS:
WEAR: Black shorts, white socks and white shirt (or a team shirt of the team coach's choice)
BRING: Water, Ball, Shin guards & Long Socks, Footwear for Grass & Hard surfaces, ie. Tennis courts, pavement or gym floor.

FOR ALL SESSIONS:
BRING: cleats, water, soccer ball (properly inflated) and shinguards
