Arrival Time: 8:00am @ McNeil High School, 5720 McNeil Dr, Austin, TX 78729, Directions.
We will be outside the gate to give out the arm bands for our team. Field events start 9:00am and running events start at 11:00am. The meet is on a rolling schedule which means these times are subject to change.
We should be located to the right of the track when you walk in the gate -- look for our tent with the team banner.
There is an entry fee for all spectators. We are allowed to bring in coolers, but no glass containers.
Items athletes need to bring:
- Spikes
- Running shoes
- Warm-ups
- Sunblock
- Sleeping bag or blanket
- Water
- Fruit
- Sack lunch
If for some reason our team uniforms are not ready, we will run in our team tee shirt and red shorts. Hjardist will notify you by email if we have to make a uniform change.
Please remember to have your children drink plenty of water starting on Friday and no milk products on Saturday morning.
Parents -- you may bring lawn chairs to set under the tents or you may choose to sit in the stands.
