Charlottesville Ice Park
Located on Charlottesville's historic Downtown Mall, the Charlottesville Ice Park is very easy to reach.
From the East: (Palmyra, Louisa, Goochland, Richmond, ) Take Interstate 64 West, take the first Charlottesville exit, Shadwell/Route 250, and go right at the foot of the ramp onto 250 West. Go about 2 miles or so and turn left onto McIntire Rd. This is the exit AFTER Park Street. Follow McIntire until you reach the large intersection with Preston Avenue. Proceed straight through the lights and the entrance to the Omni parking lot will be on the left (just past the McDonlad's on your right), OR you can go past the Omni to the light at the top of the hill, go left onto Water Street and proceed 2-3 blocks to the Water Street Lot and Garage on your right. Bring in your tickets: we stamp for 2 hours free parking in the Water Street facilities, discount parking at the Omni.
