WELCOME TO THE HOME OF THE PENNSYLVANIA-OHIO WOMEN'S HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (POWHA)!
Our League was formed in the Fall of 2002, by a group of teams that wanted more out of their season. The league is an adult amateur travel hockey association for women's ice hockey teams in the Ohio and Western Pennsylvania Area.
We are always looking to continue to expand within the already established geographic areas or in certain cases to new areas.
If your team would like to be considered an exhibition level team or be considered for full membership during the 2008-2009 season please contact POWHA@msn.com or Kris Nosker at icehockeyrules39@aol.com.
This site is updated aggressively so check back often for updates to the schedule, scores, standings and statistics as well as news throughout the league.
