Hockey is a great way to keep your son or daughter active during the winter months when cold Wisconsin winters would normally keep them in the house, bored, and planted in front of the TV. If your child has ice skated, roller bladed, or has never skated at all, come on out to the 20th AvenueYMCA on Sunday, October 26th to “Give Hockey A Try- For FREE”. Who: Families with boys and girls from ages 4 - 12 What: Find out which hockey program is for you Where: 20th Avenue YMCA When: Sunday, October 26th See the Bottom of this Page for Registration Details Dear Warbirds Families, As you may know the practice schedules that were originally distributed at the Ice Cream Social were changed. The reason for the original change was because a significant number of kids had conflicts with religious education. After the original schedule had been changed and a new one was posted to the website, we received many calls and e-mails expressing concern over how late practices were scheduled to go to for some kids. As a result, we have found it necessary to redo the schedule again. The end result is that in most cases practices will be over by 9:00 PM. However, due to WIAA (Oshkosh Ice Hawks) games there will be times when practices may end as late as 9:45 PM. The changes that were necessary had minimal impact on the Mite, Squirt or High School practice schedules but, you should disregard any previous schedules that you may have nevertheless and use this latest one . I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that we may have caused you with these changes and I appreciate your understanding as we have worked hard towards meeting the needs of our players and families. The correct practice schedules are now posted on the Team Sites.
