Here's some easy softball tips for infielders and outfielders, and some softball hitting tips, slow down and relax!

We all forget some of the easy things in softball at times. We're out there playing the game, and this stuff really does happen.

Players forget how many outs there are, players forget where the base runners are, and a lot of times throw to the wrong bases, it all happens, even on your team.

Ready to go over some easy fielding tips! Remember, Practice, Practice and more Practice.

This is for ALL fielders:
• Always know how many outs there are.
• Always have an idea on where to throw the ball.
• Always know where the base runners are.
• Easy isn't it?

The infielders.
• Always keep your eye on the ball
• Keep your butt down
• Look the ball into the glove
• Know where the runners are
• Have the ball before you throw the ball

The outfielders
• Know how many outs there are at all times
• Know how many are on base at all times
• Know where to throw the ball and to who
• Know who's playing beside you
• Know who your cutoff man is
• Get a good jump on the ball

Infielders
• aways get you body in front of the ball
• never take your eye off the ball
• do not turn your head
• make sure you catch the ball before you throw it
• run the base runner back to the base in a run down

Batters
• always run the ball out
• never swing at a 3-0 count
• never throw your bat
• don't aruge over a strike call, it won't help
• get the runner in from 3rd
• on deck batter help out at the plate

Outfielders
• call for the ball
• back up your teammates
• hit your cutoff man
• know who to throw to
• don't hold the ball
• know when to run the ball in
