Complaints and Concerns
All complaints and concerns, whenever possible, should be brought to your team's Head Coach.

If you are unable to get an issue resolved with the Head Coach, you must then work with the Player/Cheer Rep to reach a solution.

If you still are unable to reach a resolution, you must submit your concern, IN WRITING, with supporting documentation detailing your prior efforts with the Head Coach and Player Rep, to the NMPW President, Leslie Knox.

Ms. Knox will convene the North Middlesex Board of Directors and respond to your issue with a written response and resolution.

Should you disagree with the decision of the North Middlesex Board, you may then seek an appeal with the Central Massachusetts Pop Warner Board of Directors. Such appeals must also be submitted in writing along with all supporting documentation.
