An original Birth Certificate is required to register and will be returned after the player is certified.
The fee increase of $5.00 includes a participation fee assessed on all participants at the league level.

For football please include an accurate weight on your registration Form.
To receive the discounted rate the registration must by post marked no later than the due dates.
