The NC Stix is a "select" travel baseball organization from Fayetteville, NC, that began play in 1998.  In the past ten years there have been several NC Stix teams, all hand-picked to represent North Carolina in competitive baseball, but more importantly, to represent Jesus Christ by our character, integrity, attitude, and sportsmanship. Player selection for these teams has always been based on a player’s baseball skills, knowledge, teamwork, commitment, attitude, and family involvement.  The standards for NC Stix Baseball Team remain as high as ever.  We seek the best players who understand what it takes to be a member of the NC Stix and to play competitive baseball at the highest level.

Our philosophy is to develop sound fundamental baseball players grounded in the concept of playing baseball through a total team effort. As competitors, we each have a certain amount of God-given talent, or potential, in sports. What we do with that is up to us. Even though we don’t all have the same potential, we can all still successfully produce if we, as John Wooden says, “do our best to become the best we are capable of becoming.”  We seek to bring the very best out of our players.  We push them to work hard with a proper attitude that will help them to reach their dreams on and off the field.  By doing the best we can on the diamond, we honor the great game of baseball and those who preceeded us.  Through our attitude and sportsmanship, we honor our teammates, family, community, and our Lord.  We look forward to the opportunity to serve as ambassadors for baseball, our community, and for Jesus Christ through the way we play the great American past time.
