In 2005, members of the Mundelein Thunder went to South Bend to see the U.S. Olympic team play in their Aiming for Athens tour. The girls enjoyed the game, and afterwards got to meet their favorite players.

On Saturday May 22, the Thunder organization held it's 4th annual car wash to raise funds to improve their playing fields. Over $2100 was raised due to tremendous work by all the girls in the program! Thanks to all who bought tickets, stopped in at the car wash or made a donation!

Following the 4th annual car wash a picnic was held for all families in the Thunder organization. Great food and great company was enjoyed by all. A BIG THANKS to Sherrill & Gary Randau for hosting the picnic!

Pictures from the Winter 2004 Indoor clinic held at the Mundelein Community Center and run by the Mundelein Thunder coaching staff.

The Mundelein Thunder in conjunction with the Mundelein Park District offers instructional clinic in the fundamentals of softball. Two levels of instruction is offered: 7 to 14 years old with little or no competitive playing experience. 10-14 years old with 2+ years of competitive playing experience.
