Munford Game LOCATION & TIMES Have Changed
The games on Monday, March 17, will be played in Munford at Munford Middle School. The JV game is at 5:00 pm and Varsity is at 7:00 pm.
Note: The Millington/Munford games on April 16th will be played in Millington at 4:30 and 6:00 pm.

Emily Hearn Selected to 2007 ALL-STATE SOFTBALL TEAM!
Congratulations to Emily for being selected to the Tennessee Sports Writers Assoc. 2007 ALL STATE SOFTBALL TEAM !!! Emily was selected as an All-State infielder in Class AAA. Way to go Emily! We are proud of you!

FORMER LADY TROJAN, ASHLEY BENBOW, RECEIVES HONORS!
Former Millington Lady Trojan and UT-Martin freshman, Ashley Benbow, was named 2007 Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Year! Ashley was also the Skyhawk's lone selection on the All-OVC First Team, and was also selected to the OVC All-Newcomer team! (Click on title to read the full press release.)
Ashley's Freshman of the Year selection is the first for a UT Martin Skyhawk.
She finished the regular season with a .346 batting average and OVC leading eight triples. Benbow also leads the team with 62 hits, 97 total bases and 15 walks. She racked up 17 multiple hit games including a 3-for-3 performance in the first game of the Tennessee State series that included back-to-back triples.

First Team All District was Kasey Bomar, Melissa McGovern and Emily Hearn.
Second Team All District was Heidi Molder and Megan Wingate.

SENIOR NIGHT - WHAT A NIGHT IT WAS!
The Lady Trojans celebrated Senior Night on Monday, April 30th with a 4-2 win over our friendly rivals #3 Munford!
We are proud of our two 2007 Seniors -- #2 Kasey & #24 Emily -- and will miss you very much !!

KASEY BOMAR TO PLAY AT MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE!
Kasey Bomar has signed to play softball at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi!
Kasey will become a MC "Lady Choctaw" in the fall of 2007.

EMILY HEARN SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT with DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY!
Emily Hearn signed a national letter of intent to play softball at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi!
Emily will become a DSU Lady Statesman in the fall of 2007.
