RAVENS WIN 2007 MDFL CHAMPIONSHIP!
The VIRGINIA RAVENS won the 2007 MDFL Championship Saturday, Oct. 27 by defeating the Fayetteville RuffRiders 42-6.
Welcome to the Mason-Dixon Football League for 2008. The League has been in continuous operation since 1978 and was reclassified from Class AA to Class AAA in 1988.
Games are played under modified NFL rules using officials who have received special training in those rules by NFL officials.

2008 Officials Clinic
The MDFL will hold their annual officials clinic Saturday, May 31 at the Steven Kent Restaurant in Petersburg, VA. A representative from each officiating crew must attend in order to officiate any MDFL games. Mr Scott Dawson, NFL official, will conduct the clinic along with Pete Celiberti, MDFL Director of Officials.

Mason-Dixon Football League Meeting
The Mason-Dixon Football League will hold their first meeting of 2007 on Saturday, January 27 at the Quality Inn in Petersburg. To be included on the agenda will be the presentation of prospective new teams for this year. If you are interested in joining the MDFL, please call 804-732-3806 for information.

Four MDFL teams advanced to the Eastern Football Alliance Tournament: They are the PW Monarchs, Carolina Heat, Hill City Storm and Virginia Ravens. Tournament play begins Nov. 4 with the following teams in action:
