Manassas Park-Yorkshire Little League operates under Little League Baseball, Inc. It is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization designed to promote, develop, and supervise youth sports programs. We are the only Little League in the area that is not financially supported be a city, town, or county government. We have approximately 700 children from the Manassas Park, Manassas, Yorkshire, and most areas of Prince William County. Currently there are seven divisions in MPYLL for youths from 5 - 18 years old, operating under the Little League Charter. They consist of Tee Ball, Pee Wee, Minor, Major, Junior, Senior and Big League.

MPYLL is in the process of planning another season. We have continued to make improvements to our fields in order to insure the safety of our participants. The anticipated cost to the League for these improvements and others, including buying and replacing of uniforms and equipment, will exceed our budget at the $100,000.00 level. The purpose of this letter is to renew the effort to gain financial support of the area businesses. Over the years, financial support of numerous businesses, have been outstanding. We would like to build on that foundation so that we can continue to provide a quality sports program for the youth of the community. In return for your tax - deductible contribution of $250.00, the league will make you a team sponsor. We will provide you with a team picture and any other information you may desire.

Attached is a form for registering your sponsorship. Please respond as soon as possible as we can arrange for the printing of your name on the team uniforms. We realize that not everyone is in a position to provide this level of support. We will gladly accept any donations on your behalf. This league could not continue without business support. We greatly appreciate your contributions. Please except our invitation to come to Costello Park to see out Little League and your donations in action.
