Khaos 12u 'A' Fastpitch Softball Team
Welcome to the home of the Khaos.We are a 12u team playing out of the Vancouver,Washington area. 2006 will be the teams 3rd year together.We play 14u league at the Vancouver Softball Association and will be competing in 12u and 14u tournaments thourghout the Northwest.
Our Team Philosophy is to develope a cohesive/competitive team that supports each other through wins and losses.We teach the girls to compete on the highest level they can without taking the fun out of the game.We teach the girls fundamentals at all positions.That way they are not limited to one position.We feel this will help them as they get older and move on to High School.
Our Goal is to qualify and attend the 2006 12u 'A' Asa Nationals in Indiana.
Ball Players Prayer
God grant me wisdom, to tell a strike from a ball,
to know where to throw the ball and never to fall.
Keep me always in the base line,running stright and true
and I'll look for your sign to stretch one into two
God give me vison,to see every pitch
so if a player needs help,then I will see which
Let me always hustle,so I'll be at my best,
take pride in myself,in the sports and the rest
God be my strength,when I throw the ball,
when I'm from home plate,or against a wall
So I never miss the base,please guide my feet,
bring me home safely,so my job is complete
When I help younger players,let me always give praise,
so they'll see you in me,and all of my ways
Please guide our coach,to be fair and smart,
let him teach me to be good,let it come from his heart
Let me take a loss,just as well as a win,
to do my any less,is a surely a sin
As long as I can play,let me make my parents proud
as proud as I am,when I yell MY name out loud
However my games here end,let me always have fun
and if heaven has all stars,I'd like to be one
When my game here are over and my season are done,
let me play on your team,just like yor son!
