Vision Statement: "Fear None - Respect All" 
Mission Statement: We are committed to using all our knowledge, abilities, and resources to teach each player on our team to be successful as a basketball player and a teammate.  We will promote the ideals of hard work, respect to one another, and commitment to our school, family, and team.  By working hard to obtain these goals we will enjoy success on and off the basketball court.

Philosophy:  The focus of our team will be a swarming defense, and a "never say die" attitude of controlling the boards.  We will create transition opportunities, by being tenacious defenders, and out-rebounding our opponents.  Offensively, we will attack the oppositions defense with constant motions, and back door cuts, in a "QUICK BUT NOT HURRIED" disciplined manner.  When other teams talk about us, we want them to say that we work hard on defense, compete to win, and that we respect the game of basketball.

ESSENCE OF SURVIVAL
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed...every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle...when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.
