Letter of Intent for 2008 Spring Season

Norcal rules require that Winterball players must have played in Spring 2007 league, or sign a letter of intent to play Spring 2008 league. All Winterball players that didn't play in the Spring 2007 season must download, print and fill out the Letter of Intent. You will also need to pre-pay for the Spring 2008 season. You can download either the Word document or PDF file.
