WINTER RISING STARS 2008 BRACKET CHAMPIONS

East Coast Elite Gold goes 7-2-1 down in Florida.  Bracket Champions with a 4 wins and 1 loss record in an extremely competitive bracket while playing the entire roster every game.  Fridays nights 5-2 win over Team Florida Gold was an outstanding game for the 20 plus college coaches and multitude of fans in attendance.  Both teams battled hard playing exceptional defense.  Both teams had to earn everything this night.  Team Florida took a 2 run lead into the middle of the game before Jess Hirschbuhls RBI double and Jess Crowley’s 2 run home run placed Elite into the lead.  Bree Tanke added a two run double late in the game for the final margin of victory. Special thanks to Coach Phil Schmalz and the West Pines Diamond Dusters for having us over to their complex to play on Sunday.

East Coast Elite Gold 18U

East Coast Elite Gold kicked off the Winter Season playing 9 games at Rising Stars.  We will be working out at our winter clinics on Sundays in Jan. & Feb at The Jack Cust Dome in Flemington, NJ, all players are welcome.  The team currently has an outstanding group of great players along with a group of returning college players for next summer.  The Summer schedule is extremely aggressive as we will play in Gold regions and sectors to qualify for Gold Nationals in the summer of 2008.  We also plan on attending several quality showcase tournaments.  Our current summer schedule can be viewed by clicking on the 2008 Summer Schedule on the left.
