Coach Evaluations

Another season has come to a close. We will start a little earlier next season, and hope to see all of you back. Check the website towards the end of summer and the fall to see when registration will be held and when ice will begin.

If you didn’t get a coach evaluation to fill out before the season closed, please take a few moments to fill it out and send it electronically to Kim Earl at FEarl3@aol.com These are very important to the process. Please feel free to add any general comments that you might have.
