District 8 Umpire Ejection Report

A report must be submitted to the coordinator of umpires after any District 8 game in which any participant has been ejected.  Also, in any other instance for which an umpire believes the attention of the District 8 coordinator is required, a report should be submitted at once.  This report is to be sent ASAP of the completion of the contest.  Please report only the facts of the incident and not your opinions. If additional space is needed please use blank paper.
