Cadets storm Eastern Regional!
Brick Memorial brought 5 wrestlers down to the Cadet State Championships at Eastern Regional High School. Sam Ventola went 0-1 but wrestled well. He won the first period 5-4, and lost the next two periods close. Mike Burt went 0-2 and continues to improve. He is doing a great job of attacking the legs and will continue to work to finish these holds. Alex Guarino finished in second place and wrestled tough as always. Jordan Loidice had a great day finishing 2-2 and in 4th place in the state. DJ Santos went 4-2 on the day and finished second in the state. His best match of the day saw him pin Dan Reis(a 2008 State Qualifier), to make the state finals.
