The Birmingham Unified Youth Football Organization (BUYFO) was created in 2005 to meet our community's longstanding need for recreational youth football & cheerleading programs. The BUYFO is part of the Northern Youth Football League (NYFL). We play and cheer against established teams from Clarkston, Lake Orion, Lapeer, Auburn Hills, Brandon, Waterford, and Pontiac. Patriots home games are played at Groves and Seaholm. Location details can be found in the "locations" tab in the left-hand menu Handout: 2008 Game Schedules Monday, August 11 Parent Practice Guidlines A large part of teaching the game of football is to mold individual football players into a team and to instill personal confidence, at all levels. To accomplish our goals, we require all parents or other non-coaches observe football practices from a suitable distance, and furthermore, that no parents talk to or otherwise interact with their son during football practice. In the coming week we will respectfully use cones to establish a suitable "viewing area" for all parents. We cannot over stress the importance of this critical feature, and in advance, sincerely appreciate your cooperation. In addition, NO DOGS are allowed on Birmingham Public School property at any Patriots events.
