What a great STING effort on Saturday! 5-0 in any playoff game is impressive. Now ... the touhgest point to get in any series is the final one ... let's get focused for Game 4 and give it our best sho to get that point.

OK, two league games to go until the playoffs begin. Keep watching for the schedule updates as they sometimes take a life of their own. Nothing is set in stone until we actually see an opponent across from us., so look often.

It's now time for the players to focus on hockey of course. The players had exams, had some time off, and had a bonus tourney for some extra ice time in game conditions in preparation for the playoffs. That's what we're doing the next two games as well ... doing what we need to prepare for the playoffs. We'll try a few things, get ready in our own way and not worry about the results for these next two games. Hey, they are still games and we want to win, but most important is our development and preparations.

Part of that preparation is life at home ... the kids need sleep and nourishment. Yes, I know us parents all want that all the time, but now we have the excuse to keep them in and resting. Let's all work together and do our part .... keeping positive all the way now, regardless of results.

Positive thinking leads to positive results.

Nearing the end of the regular season Sting, with a few league games and 4-5 tourney games to get ourselves ready for the playoffs. Getting ready is what it is all about now. The playoffs ... can be an exciting time, and a time for ONLY positive thinking and best efforts if we want to get our best results. This should be fun, so let's give it our best shot! Be ready!!!!!!!

Nice first half or so of the season Sting! Second place with some room to spare is not too shabby at all, and means we have some exciting times coming up in the new year. In the meantime ....
